What Is The Treatment For Positive Elisa Test And An Intermediate Wester Blot With Reaction?

I have a positive ELISA test and an indeterminate western blot with reaction to P24, P55 and P40. I have been in a monogomous relationship for 4 years and have non reactive HIV test from 5 months ago. Also, my husbands HIV test is nonreactive. How is this possible?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

I would recommend a repeat investigation before commenting on any results as of now. Once the repeat test is conducted we may look into it and comment on posible false positive results. Or to explain the result otherwise.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
