Premature ejaculation is one of common psychosexual disorder. You have normal erection but have early discharge. Both medicinal and non medicinal treatment is available for premature ejaculation. Non medicinal treatment includes relaxation exercises to decrease anxiety, cognitive therapy and psycho-education to decrease abnormal beliefs. Medicinal treatment mainly consist of SSRIs as dapoxetine. The drug can be used on SOS basis and is having good effectiveness. Consult a Psychiatrist for expert evaluation.
Hope this helps you, thanks
