i m 34 years old married man . i have 2 girl childs, now few months my penis does not work properly and does not stand hard. and the sex time is 2 or 3 mintues.and i will discharge . plz give salutions to me . can i treated with any home redimies or any madicians. i m very distrubed . plz reply .

Hi,

It seems you are suffering from premature ejaculation. There are multiple treatment options for treatment of premature ejaculation. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist.

The best results are in response to behavior therapy in which both you and your wife can participate under guidance of a psychiatrist. You will be taught relaxation exercises, sex education and methods like squeeze and distraction for increasing ejaculation time. There are medicines available too like tablet dapoxetine taken 30-45 minutes prior to having sexual intercourse, or paroxetine taken daily.
