Helo sir.... my wife ama anti microsomal antibidies Level is 55.2IU/mL. She lost 4 pregnancies before years. Now she is 8 weeks pregnant. Yesterday scaning absent cardiac activity baby. Our gynaecologist suggest medicine after confirm pregnancy use heparine 25000iu 2 times a day. Ecosprine 1 time a day. But now wr loss pregnancy. Plz tel me what is the treatment and medicine.
