What Is The Treatment For Redness Around The Anus Of A Child?

My 5 month old daughter passes stool thrice daily. The consistency of the stool is not a matter of concern. However she has developed redness around the anus. Whether it is painful or not, is not clear since I have never seen her cry while she passe stool. What should I do?
