My mother started acting hyper active speaking irrelavant things and claimin she.speaks to an spirutial network of.gods called as Interpol.She believes that her brother and his wife are performing black magic on her children. She is 56yrs old now With a healthy by body.
Dhe has been on vareity of drugs starting from.risnia to valprol to solian varing.from differrent.doses now.she is taking Solian 100 mg and pacetane.
we have been treating her from a decade now but when we are not around she still speaks yo her self.claiming she.is.talking to interpol. I found a book.in which she has written how many crores has to.come.from different.gods. And.also She refuses to wear slippers.becasuse she id chanting all the time.
I'm very helpless not able to http her from he illness i will be great if you can help mein any ways

I think, she has treatment resistant schizophrenia and in that case, she needs combination of drugs. Current dose of solian is very less. It could be increased up to 500 to 600 mg, according to her tolerability. You can also try think about in patient facility and ask for ECT treatment or drug like clozapine. Rest, you can discuss with her psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
