What Is The Treatment For Sclerosis In The Liver?

Is it possible for an enlarge spleen to go back to its regular size and how? I'm a 56 year old male and weigh about 380lbs. The Drs have diagnoised me with sclerosis of the liver, I recently had a minor heart attack and my platlets are very low. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.

It is not possible to enlarge the spleen,it can only be reduced. Liver sclerosis is condition where liver is progressively losing its function due to certain damage. In most cases it can be regulated with medications and diet but sometimes, transplantation is required.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
