What Is The Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain?

i have pain on left lower quadrant of my abdomen, happens only when i lay on my either side. What should i do? sometimes it happens on my right side too. this pain has been ongoing for 1 yr. i was negative for pelvic ultrasound but found small fibroids in one side. pap smear was negative last year too.

HI.
The pain in the lower abdomen which increases on lying down on your sides but the ultrasonography is negative is suggestive of severe colitis / Diverticulitis / inflamed mesenteric nodes to mention a few causes.

You have to get a colonoscopy and Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen to prove the diagnosis and get treated accordingly
