Headache is usually a symptoms of any underlying issue or it could just because of excessive screen time, eye strain or stress. Also headache can also occur if you have low hemoglobin (low blood). I understand investigations were performed to rule out any pathology in brain and there is no tumor. If you headache gets worsened with sounds or light or other trigger factors if could be due to migraine.
Also have an consultation with ophthalmologist and check your Hemoglobin , if there is no issue identified then it should be treated as migraine headache and you will need medications to prevent the headache which is known as prophylactic therapy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
