two days ago i was trying to pop the clutch by myself...tried pushing the car myself to get it rolling than went to jump in real quick to pop clutch and ended up stepping on bottom of my left pant leg and ended up landing on my ankle with all my weight like when walking......my ankle and whole foot are swollen like a balloon....the pain is on the left side of my heel where that bump thing everyone has on both feet.....and is discolored there also....is it a srain or fracture?
