I had a scan done of my neck thst showed severe nerve damage. Could the nerve damage be causing my symptoms or could it be something else? i also have difficulty concentrating and sensitivity to noise at times and very agitated.
First of all, the damage of the nerves in the neck affect the the neck muscles movement as well as the balance of the head resulting in dizziness and headache. Your case needs a surgical operation to relief the compression on the nerve, then you need to do some investigations such as: the nerve conduction study to assess the the function of the nerve. Physiotherapy could be helpful in your case.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
