What Is The Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Vomiting Due To Enlarged Lymph Node And Spleen?

hi, My nephew has severe stomach pain and vomiting for last one week. Scanning report shows enlarged Lymph node in RIF and enlarged and prominent spleen. His platelet count is 0000. there was a mild fever before one week. feeling tired now. no other symptoms. pls advise

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

He seems to be suffering from either lymphoma or abdominal tuberculosis... but to reach a particular diagnosis a few blood tests and a detailed history along with the age of the patient will be needed...like complete blood profile and blood smear...chest x-ray and serum ADA levels...

Better show to a physician at your place for a physical examination and those tests for proper evaluation and management..
