Myoma possibly can not cause such pains as you have described.
This can be due to
colitis or other causes which are not picked up on
ultrasonography anytime.
IT is better to
consult a gastroenterologist , to get a clinical examination and investigations :
Blood- complete blood picture,
kidney functions tests, blood sugar fasting and post-lunch,
Urine- routine,microscopy, culture and sensitivity ( before start of antibiotic)
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Get a treatment with an antibiotic, anti-spasmodics and supportive therapy.
Frankly speaking we as Allopaths , we do not know anything about Siddha therapy.
With todays newer machines , this much myoma can easily be removed laparoscopically.
