OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dizziness and swelling of hands and feet are suggestive of pre eclampsia in pregnancy.
It is an emergency condition to treat.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
