Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain first thing that I would like to tell you is that Lomela lite s a Steroid based cream and it can although shoe good results in short duration but long term use can have several harmful side effect on skin rather than useful effect like skin thinning, rashes, increased pigmentation, excessive hair growth on face, dilated blood vessels under the skin..
I would suggest you to stop using it as it is even not showing good results..
You can start applying creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
Wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
You can apply sunscreen lotion when you are exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet containing green leafy vegetables and fruits..
You can also go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
lomellatite cream using for 2 years, you must be using it for brown patches on your face(melasma).
i would suggest you to stop using lomellatite cream, as 2 years is a very long time to use.you can go for chemical peels after consulting your dermatologist like jessner's, azelaic acid pells, TCA peels. apart from peeling, use strict photoprotection like use sunscreen of spf>30.also take oral antioxidants like vitamin a,c,e.
