What Is The Treatment For Sleep Apnea?

Hello my name is Penny and I am concerned for my son. When I went in his room this morning to check on him he had lots of white foam coming from his mouth. He is diabetic, he has sleep apnea and does not use his machine, he snores so crazy loud, and it has changed in the past two weeks to become even more louder than it was. He has been refluxing into his lungs and it burns really badly and he has started wetting the bed too. I am scared for him. He is obese.
