What Is The Treatment For Sluggish Bowel Movements?

I have not had a bowel movement in 2 yrs. The feces will come to my anal spincter and I have to manually dig it out with a glove. Sometimes when I wake up my anal cavity is filled with abnormaly shaped stools and I just have to remove them. I am in misery all the time and stomache extended . I do not have a debit card to pay for this so I guess i just wasted my time
