What Is The Treatment For Small Bumps On The Arm?
I have small bumps on my skin arms mainly, a bit paler than my skin color. They do not itch and when I scratch them they produce a clear liquid. I m not sure if this is related but I m healing from a sunburn. Flakes on dry skin devolp immediately after tge bumps are popped. I m not sure what it is.

From the description provided, these tiny bumps seem to be a part of your sun burn. Sun burn can present with redness, swelling, dry flakes and small blisters. Use calamine lotion and steroid cream over affected area. Also do cold water compresses.
