Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding an small lump on ear lobule near the piercing area.

I am suspecting that most likely you are having small lymph node in your ear lobule and this indicate that piercing area is having chronic inflammation may be infective or allergic.

Second possibility is of keloid formation but keloid is always attached to skin.

I think above answers your query.

Regards.
