Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the rupture ovarian cyst.
I would suggest the gynecologist and undergo USG scan and clinical examination to rule ot the cause.
Cyst can be excised by the laparoscopic surgery
Normal saline infusion will help to restore the hydration
Taramadol will help to relieve the pain
Other treatment will depend on USG scan
Hope this may help you
