What Is The Treatment For Split Lateral Canthus Of Eye?

It looks like my lateral canthus of my left eye may be split. what do I do to heal it?? it hurts and a mucusy secretion forms. When I leave it alone a crust forms around it. I assume this may be some type of scab, but it stretches all the way to the inner canthus.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having crusting and split lateral canthus.
This is commonly because of angular conjunctivitis.
Angular conjunctivitis is a chronic bacterial infection caused by bacteria.
This requires examination by a eye doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
The treatment is by antibiotic eye drop and eye ointment along with zinc oxide eye ointment.

Thank you
