What Is The Treatment For Spots On The Chest?

i have a small cluster of spots on my chest. i am pretty sure they all appeared overnight, the cluster has a diametre of about 3cm, and they appear to be regular spots like you may get on your face; red and slightly raised. there are about 6-10 spots. they are located about 2cm from my nipple on the middle of my chest
