What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain And Acidity?

Hello,I am 33 year old woman having a son 7 and half year.Just few days before I had experience a sudden pain and discomfort in my both side stomach.Rushed to the doctor and she advice cyclopam,O2H (ofloxacin&Ornidazole tablets),PAN-D,Digeplex Ready Mix saying you have intestine infection and you will have to complete the 5 day course of these medicines. After having these medicines from the 3rd onwards I am suffering from frequently Acidity , burning and stomoch pain.I revisited 4th day and went for full abdomen soonography too but he report is normal.they suggested continue with the prescribe medicines.but I am afraid of taking those medicines now .Kindly suggest

Hello..it seems like you had an episode of diffuse gastritis and it takes time to get healed properly. Many a time it resurfaces again , which will make you feel that the medicines are not working. Whatever medicines that doctor gave to you were good and will NOT cause any burning sensation and pain . Having said that and keeping few more differentials in mind i am prescribing you following drugs, Please take them and dont worry at all,you will be all fine with the firs dose, however it will take time to completely heal:
Tab Drotikind M BD
Tab Buscopan BD
Tab Ilaprazole OD
Syp Mucaine GEL SOS
