What Is The Treatment For Sudden Head Pain With A History Of Lupus And Rheumatoid Arthritis?

For the past 3 or so weeks, I ve been having sudden head pain. It almost feels like a head rush where my head suddenly feels very full with pressure and it throbs wrapping around the back of my head. I m a 38 year old female with a history of Lupus and RA.
