Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. The sweating problem is related with your disease, CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) because of hipermetabolism state related with the enlarged spleen, this hipermetabolism cause low-grade fever and excessive sweating. The cure is the medication that you take for the CLM Tasigna, I recommend you to go to your hematologist to determine if you have to increase the dosage or change it with another cancer fighting medication. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Kind regard, Dr .Marsida Janko
