Hi, i rolled my ankle a week ago, i did follow the RICE guidelines, probably didn t ice as much as i could have, haven t been to doctors, can bear full weight, but balancing is difficult, i have yellow swelling, when i stand for too long my toes get hard to move, i do have fluid in my foot, and little to no pain, the most painful part is when i first start walking from lying down and having i elevated, i have been taking ibuprofen and using a chemist brought bandage one that you wrap around and is made of cloth, just need to know what you think.
