What Is The Treatment For Swelling In Ankles And Numbness?

Even after sitting for short periods (5-10min), my lower legs and ankles swell significantly. It even happens when I don't bend my legs. Compression socks have helped. I also notice foot numbness when I cycle. It also takes several hrs for sock marks to go away. What's going on and How can I alleviate symptoms?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given by you here I would advise you to get done the Hemoglobin test this is the first possibility need to be ruled out if this turned low then you have to treat it accordingly if this is alright then other systemic possibilities need to be ruled out, and for that you need to see the physician, meanwhile it would be better to keep the legs in elevated position, take care and have nice day.
