Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of swollen neck and feeling of something in throat which seems to be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease due to acid production/ chronic upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry. You should take small meals and avoid taking large meals. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antacids such as Pantoprazole. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get barium meal swallow done and start treatment after proper examination and start treatment properly. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
