hi there, i am 24 year old and i have been diagnosed with a small cyst in my left epididymis. the size of the cyst is 0.22*0.16 cm. report also says that, minimal abnormal fluid collection is seen in both scrotal sac. no evidence of varicocele is seen. lately, i have been feeling mild pain in right testicle. the pain is not that frequent. it only happens when i sit on a place for a long time. i do workout in the gym. my urologist has said the cyst should be removed by surgery after my marriage. i am so much uncomfortable about the mild pain. what should i do now?
