Respectly sir my left testis vericocele surgery after one month and my problem left testis very hanging and left leg pain and not fast walking and heavy work. sir i am masturbate average 8 year ago i am sorry.i stopped masturbate 1year ago.i am worried my testis.please solution me

noted your history of varicocele on the left side for which surgery is planned.
Get semen analysis done.
Masturbation has no links for varicocele hence you can continue to masturbate.
About the hanging testicle and pain in the left leg, the cause can be sciatica or nerve pinching syndrome and may not be related to the varicocele.
Till surgery get investigated for the leg pain.
Apply scrotal support and cold water bath for contracting hte scrotal sac.
