What Is The Treatment For The Perichronditis Of The Rib Cage?

I spent two days in hospital last week and only now found out that I experienced a bout of Perichronditis of the rib cage. Extremely painful, and because of my history (cardiac, obese and age - 69) nobody took any chances but I did not find out what caused it and how to treat it if it happens again. Can you assist please?

Its good that you have ruled other serious conditions. Taking pain killers and physiotherapy will help you in long way. Avoid stress activities till a month at least.
