The week of the 20th- 26th I had a period ending on or around the 24th . I then noticed a thick mucousy slimy discharge that had blood in it and then later on in the week turned brown. This lasted for about a week or longer . This past Wednesday I pulled a heavy pallet after doing so when I went to the bathroom I had started bleeding bright red blood and started having a aching pain and sensitivity to abdominal area when touched . The next day it was worse . I have been bleeding every since and I also noticed some light headed and dizzy symptoms also a bloated feeling . but Today It seemed to have slacked up some but I took Some azo (my urine has been dark) and I started bleeding alot went to the bathroom and its like my left pelvic is burning and the bright red blood is flowing alot . I have a IUD I've had almost 3 years and about 3 mths ago I was told I had normal cysts on ovaries . I'm confused and not sure what to do .
