hi doc! gud afternoon.m 23years old.m having bleeding since two months so doc askd me to undergo pelvic ultrasound.IMPRESSION-1)thickened endometrium,focal hyper echoic irregular area,measuring~23*9*14mm seen in upper uterine endometrial cavity and shows vascularity+,may present?chronically retained products of conception 2)bilateral polycystic appearing ovaries 3)left ovary shows well defined 26*25mm cyst adjacent to left ovary?para ovarian cyst?exophytic left ovary follicle? so gynaecologist askd me to do d and c surgery..is it necessary or can i take ayurvedic treatment??
