What Is The Treatment For Trichophyton?
Hi , I have serious itching problems all over the body esp below my feet and in my groin area , blood test report said it was trichophyton . I have tried many medicines like fexon, aerius, prednisolon but nothing works . Could you suggest me the best way to cure this ?

hi,I felt sad for your illness but we are here to help you maxium.
if your diagnosis is trichophyton then first of all withdraw prednisolone as it will inrease the infection only as you are suffering from fungal infection you can take oral griseofulvinor oral itraonazole , to the lesion you an apply clotrimazole or terbenafine ointment. for itching you can ontinue with aerius but strictly avoid prednisolone.
as the fungus has involved maximum of your body so you might need to take these drugs for long duration ma be upto a whole year.
