i am 24yr old. I am suffering from t.b. Last five yr. I am taken treatment every yr with regular course but not improvement so much. Now from last yr when i am coughing, blood come out a amount.
Pls give me proper suggestion and best lung specialist docter in delhi add. And contact no. I am ur responce.

Hello
You are a tubercular patient and taking treatment from last five years regularly irregular .
Now cough , blood in sputum.
When patient visit my clinic with these symptoms I advise them following treatment :
But one thing I want to tell you that this treatment is somewhat expensive and you have to take this treatment for 2 1/2 years i.e. 30 months .But you don't stop this treatment in any condition .
Assuming that you weight is > 50 kg.
1 Etionamide 250 mg twice in day.
+
Cycloserine 250 mg twice
+pyrazinamide 750 mg
These three tablets twice in day .
2 Levofloxacin 750 mg + pantaloc-d ( one each ) in the night .
Usually when such type of treatment I prescribe patient feels mild dizziness and hyper acidity but take some antacid or enzyme syrup.
If blood in in huge quantity take some chromostat type injection.
Now about breathlessness I advise my patient to take monteleukast+ bambuterol tablet twice or once in day.
