What Is The Treatment For Typhoid , Wheezing And Dry Cough?

My baby is 2 and half years old. She was suffering from typhoid fever for the last 5 days. We gave amoxycilling duo 7ml each day. It reduced her fever. The dose is complete. She is having wheezing with dry cough. She is unable to lie. Dr advised to proceed with azithral from today onwards. What would be the impact on typhoid fever iff we proceed with azhithral. She is having 1:160 Typhoid O ve. Are we proceeding in the right direction.
