What Is The Treatment For Unequal Testes?

I am a 28 year male.I indulged in excess masturbation since my early childhood.
My left testes seems bigger in size and hangs lower than my right testes (though there is no pain)
I am depressed.
Please advice how the same can be treated ,i.e. how both testes can be made the same size.

Hi.
This is a good question and I will be happy to remove your perception.
The first thing to remember is the left testis is always on a lower level than the right by anatomical variation. This is absolutely normal. Secondly the veins on the left side of the scrotum(testis) drain directly into a major vain so the back-pressure of the column of the blood is more so the veins become larger and apparently the lest one looks like bigger/ larger.
To confirm - it is advisable to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler study of the scrotum.
Both the testes need not be of the same size.
Please get your semen analysis done ... just to confirm it is normal and whether you need a treatment will be best decided by the Urologist.
Till you get one use scrotal support to elevate the hanging testis, Sit in a tub with relatively cold water. Avoid strains in the form of constipation , coughing , stooping exercises .
Feel free to ask more and / or give us the feedback.
