What Is The Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection?

I stay in africa and i am in a very remote area. i have UTI so I have no near acess to doctors and good hospitals now. I went to a pharmacy and they gave me FLUCAMOX 500mg (Amoxycillin& Flucloxacillin) and Buscopan 10 mg. I have severe pain in my bladder and as far as i know buscopan is for stomach cramps not for bladder pain please let me know if this will work.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine examination. If you don't have doctor near by then you can take empirical antibiotic treatment. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin is best drug for urinary tract infection. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
