Greenish or yellow green vaginal discharge after intercourse suggests STD with Trichomoniasis. Get urine and vaginal secretion routine, microscopy and culture. Firther confirmatory tests include NAAT. If confirmed treat thr infection with Metronidazole 2 g orally single dose. Both partners should take the medication. Avoid intercourse for 2-3 weeks until u are cured. Use of condom during intercourse is advisable.
