Hello I appreciate your concern Fluctuating temperature with chills might be related to UTI Here I would like to know whether you are having burning urinationnor increased frequency of urine, your age and relevant medical history so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
I would advise you for urine culture and sensitivity test if not done, and according to the sensitivity of the invading pathogen you may need to change the antibiotics You can take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen for neck pain. Have plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract
