What Is The Treatment For Uterine Dysfunctional Bleeding And Growth In Cervix When Suffering From Uterine Fibroid Tumor?
I'm 55 years old got diagnosed in 2010 with uterine fibroid tumor. I didn't do anything about it at the time. The pain went away, but now four the last 4 months have had nothing but problems. Now I have uterine dysfunctional bleeding, pain & now they have found another growth in my cervix. I have can't live like this anymore. It hurts to walk & so I spend most of my time in bed. How do I get my primary doctor & the gyn to go ahead & give me a hysterecotomy
Normally when a woman is past child bearing years, a hysterectomy can be considered if they are experiencing significant issues related to the uterus.
If the fibroid is associated with abnormal vaginal bleeding and significant discomfort, your doctors should consider a hysterectomy.
They just need to be told the level of discomfort that you are experiencing related to the fibroid and you need to express your earnest desire for a hysterectomy.
I hope this helps
