What Is The Treatment For Uterine Tuberculosis?

I m a 29 yr female wanting to conceive for 1 year. I had 2 cycles of unsuccessful IUI done. Dr suggested to have test for ESR, IgM and IgG for tuberculosis. The report is : ESR wintrobe=19 mm(1hr) and anti A60 mycobacterium IgM=1.0 and anti A60 mycobacterium, IgG=123.1.Plz tell me am I suffering from uterine tuberculosis as doctor saw indications of infection in ultrasound. My tubes are normal and ovaries are functioning well indicated by follicular monitoring. My husband semem analysis report depicted: density= 32 mill/ml and total motality()%= 65, RLP= 12, vitality (%)= 58, morphology: normal(%)=4, Abnormal (%)= 96 and headless(%)=18. I want to know reasons for infertllity. Is it safe to intercourse or my husband could also have infection? My husband reports for tuberculosis are negative. Could I get pregnant as doctor has advised me to take AKT-4, liv-52 tab, pyridoxine 40 mg and do LFT. Plz advice.
