What Is The Treatment For Visualizing White Spots?

Hi, my husband just drove himself to urgent care. The last 2 to 3 days he has been experiencing white spots when he turns his head. He sees them on the left side. He s been under a lot of stress the last few days, and not getting enough sleep. He is 72, but in very good health and in good physical shape. He walks and bikes several times a week! He says that it happened before a few years ago when under a lot of stress. He also says that he hasn t had any headaches.

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your husband symptoms could be related to anxiety.
Anyway, I would recommend checking regularly his blood pressure values and performing some tests:
- complete blood count for anaemia
- a cervical column X Ray study for chronic degeneration
- a resting ECG
- fasting glucose
- blood electrolytes
- a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries to exclude any possible narrowing.
You should discuss with his doctor on the above tests!
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards!
