Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your son in details .

* This is in relation with recurrent gastrointestinal infection , not related
to teeth .
* This is most common from bacterial or viral infection which may be
acquired by contaminated food , liquids consumed with uncleaned hands
or keeping toys with surface agents into mouth without your notice .

* Treatment should be primary with anti emetic , anti biotic , zinc
suspension with his pediatrician
secondarily to find out the root cause and target it .

Hope this will help to clear your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Always welcome for any further assistance anytime .
Regards .
