Commonest cause of vomiting immediately after feed at this age is GER.It is physiological till 3 months.Sometimes take 6-8 months.Milk scan can be done to diagnose it.Treatment given to u is correct. Sometimes we give proton pump inhibitors as well and advise propped up or left lateral position under supervision. Less commonly vomiting is due CHPS in which infants don't gain proper weight. It can be diagnosed by doing USG abdomen.
