Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of a vaginal infection. You need a proper clinical evaluation by a specialist. A swab test is needed from the cervix and the vagina to detect the cause and plan further management. Urinalysis should be done as many-a-time there is co-existing urinary tract infection. Your sexual partner also should be tested and treated if necessary. Please abstain until you are healed well. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. Do not use tampons and start using napkins. Hope this helps.
