What Is The Treatment Of Dry Cough In Pregnancy ?

Hi I'm 31 weeks pregnant now. I'm suffering from dry cough for the past 3 days, my stomach is paining alot while coughing and i'm afraid that it may harm the baby. I have been using Grilinctus cough syrup for the past 2 days even then the condition is the same.Is it safe to take Grilinctus cough syrup? Also pls advice me remedies.....cough is unbearable...
