Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its quite common for children to have weird dreams when they have fever.
There is absolutely no cause to be concerned about.
Hugging your baby will be more reassuring to her.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
