What Is The Treatment Of Getting Very Strong Electric Shocks In Left Hand ?

Hi I am vinayak, 30 yrs old, height 5 6 , weight 68kgs. I had undergone a volarbarton surgery in month of november in my left wrist. I had broken my left wrist in a bike accident. Now after 3 months of surgery, I started getting electric shocks in my left hand due to static current. What is the solution for this problem? Please help me as I am getting very strong electric shocks in my left hand.
