What Is The Treatment Of Headache Caused By Smelling Bleach ?
I was cleaning a bathroom with a bleach based soap scum remover spray, and it was a small bathroom and I noticed the extreme smell and tried to continue but left any way and now my throat hurts and I have a mild headache. what should I do? should I go to the ER, or call poison control?

First is necessary for you to go out into the fresh air. You can use paracetamol for the headaches, also you should be well hydrated. If the symptoms persist, you should go to the ER.
